Chris Koprowski made the long trip over from Seidokan of Tokyo to teach a seminar at OCBC in June. In the first video, Chris teaches some techniques to deal with a bearhug where uke holds above the elbows. In the 2nd video the techniques are for when uke holds at the elbows.
